Few days back Airtel stole money from my account by foisting some services on me. I sent an email protesting this practice and got the refund. I thought it appropriate to share this experience with others. The contents of the email are given below:

Dear Sir/Madam : Good day!
Oops! It is happening again. Your persistence and acumen in stealing my money deserves admiration indeed. To my knowledge, you have done this at least the sixth time. And how many times without my knowing is only a matter of speculation and known best to you and your company,
Your last misadventure was on the occasion of world cricket match when you foisted some stupid services on me and drained my entire account to zero. I was not able to recover the amount.
And now again you have stolen about Rs 60/- by sending a message of thanks for downloading something which i never did. In fact i do not have any internet connection on my phone,
So what do we make of it, You keep stealing money and we keep sending mails.
In my previous mails also I used harsh words to shame and embarrass you but to no avail. In fact the person whom we spoke to at customer care was very rude, adamant and spoke in "do-whatever-you-want" tone.
So take measure to stop this disgusting malpractice and refund my money right away.
Best regards,
Captain Yashpal Singh

Dear Sir/Madam: Good day!
This letter has been addressed to telephone company airtel who has stolen money from my account a number of times despite my strong protests. This time I am forced to send a copy to your office as well. Kindly do the needful from your end because these thieves are more dangerous than professional thieves. They are a great source of harassment and waste my valuable time and deprive me of my hard earned money.
Best regards
Captain Yashpal Singh
